How can I find an ALDO product that I am looking for?

Simply enter the style name or number in the search box at the top right of the page. Don’t have a specific style in mind? Use our top navigation to browse our categories. Use the filters on our category pages to help you narrow down options in your size, color and price range.

What is the exchange policy?

ALDO Vietnam guarantee that all products are new, undamaged, and identical to the product description on the website. In case the product you received is not as committed, you will have 03 days from the date of receipt to exchange this product. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange or return. Products that do not meet the above requirements will not be processed.

Terms apply: 

  • ALDO Vietnam accepts exchange for another product of equal or higher price of the unused products customers wish to exchange within 03 days from the date of purchase. 

  • Cash back is not applicable for product return or exchange.

  • Discounted products are not applicable for return policy. 

  • Bags and accessories are not applicable for return policy. 

  • Please provide detailed order number.

If the exchanged item has a higher value than the original product, you will have to pay the difference. In case the exchanged item has a lower value than the original product, the remaining fee will not be refunded in any form.

How can I exchange the product? 

If you want to exchange your products, please chat with our Customer Service or contact directly via H otline: 0901 833 199.  to provide your order number. ALDO Vietnam will be supported to exchange your products from this step.

For online shopping orders, you can be supported to exchange products through an express delivery system. If the reason for the exchange is due to a product defect, ALDO Vietnam will support all total costs that you can change to other new products. If the reason for the exchange is that you want to change the product’s size, you will be entitled to one-way cost-sharing from your address to ALDO Vietnam, we will support shipping costs from ALDO Vietnam that ship new products to you.  

ALDO Vietnam is not responsible for lost or damaged product exchange cases. In cases of dispute, ALDO Vietnam will retain the right to make the final decision. 

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please check your email box for an email from the shipping unit that ALDO is cooperating with, Ninjavan. Please be noted, if you make a purchase without providing us with an email, you will not receive an order tracking link.

In the GHTK and Ship60 email sent to you, you will find the bill of lading code to access the order tracking website at and attached link in Ship60 email.

In addition, you can contact us via our hotline or send a message through ALDO Vietnam website to get update on the status of your order. Our customer service staff can provide the bill of lading code so that you can track your order yourself on the websites of the Ninjavan shipping company. 

 How to preserve the products?

We offer a wide range of shoes/bags care products from waterproof sprays and cleaning wipes to leather and suede polishes. The right product will depend on the material of your shoes/bags. If you need advice on which care products to use, take your shoes/bags to the nearest ALDO store for better assistance.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can remove products from the cart in case the order has not been processed or you can follow order cancel guidelines :

+   Sign in your account on the ALDO Vietnam website

+   Click “My Orders”

+  Choose the cancel order and click “Confirmed” at “Order Status”*     (*Note: Only orders have a “Confirmed” situation that can be cancelled)

+   Click button "    x  CANCEL   " to cancel orders 

+   Choose “Reason for cancellation” and accept our order cancellation conditions,  and then click “Agree”. 

+   Your orders will be successful “Cancelled” and ALDO Vietnam will send the confirmation email via registered mail.   

Can you issue an invoice?

If desired VAT invoice, the customer can choose the invoice on the Payment page. ALDO Vietnam invoice is an E-invoice. Customers must fill in all your information to guarantee that ALDO Vietnam sends invoices in the correct email. E-invoice will send to the customer after 7 working days when we receive issue invoice request.
