How can I find an ALDO product that I am looking for?

What is the exchange policy?

ALDO Vietnam warrants that all products sold are in new, undamaged, and identical to the product description on the website. In case the product you receive is not as committed from us, you will have 03 days from the date of receipt to exchange the product. Items must be unused and unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange or return. Products that do not meet the above requirements will not be processed. You can return or exchange your items from transactions made at the ALDO Vietnam store or through our website .

Terms apply: 

  • ALDO Vietnam accepts exchange for another product of equal or higher price of the unused products customers wish to exchange within 03 days from the date of purchase. 

  • Cash back is not applicable for product return or exchange.

  • Discounted products are not applicable for return policy. 

  • Bags and accessories are not applicable for return policy. 

  • Please present proof of purchase for settlement.

If the exchanged item has a higher value than the original product, you will have to pay the difference. In case the exchanged item has a lower value than the original product, the remaining fee will not be refunded in any form.

How can I exchange the product? 

Để ALDO Việt Nam hỗ trợ quý khách đổi sản phẩm, vui lòng chat với nhóm Chăm sóc khách hàng của chúng tôi hoặc gọi đến  hotline: 0901833199 . Quý khách sẽ nhận được 1 đơn yêu cầu đổi hàng và điền thông tin đầy đủ. ALDO Việt Nam sẽ xử lý yêu cầu đổi hàng của bạn từ bước này.

For online shopping orders, you can be supported to exchange goods at ALDO stores or via express delivery. If the reason for the exchange is due to a product defect, you will be entitled to a one-way cost-sharing from ALDO Vietnam. If the reason for exchange is because you want to change the size of the product, you will bear all the costs of returning it via courier. 

ALDO Vietnam is not responsible for lost or damaged product exchange cases. In cases of dispute, ALDO Vietnam will retain the right to make the final decision. 

How can I track my order?

To track your order, please check your email box for an email from the shipping unit that ALDO is cooperating with, Ninjavan. Please be noted, if you make a purchase without providing us with an email, you will not receive an order tracking link.

In the email Ninjavan sent to you, you will find the bill of lading code to access the order tracking website at 

In addition, you can contact us via our hotline or send a message through ALDO Vietnam website to get update on the status of your order. Our customer service staff can provide the bill of lading code so that you can track your order yourself on the websites of the Ninjavan shipping company. 

 How to preserve the products?

We offer a wide range of shoes/bags care products from waterproof sprays and cleaning wipes to leather and suede polishes. The right product will depend on the material of your shoes/bags. If you need advice on which care products to use, take your shoes/bags to the nearest ALDO store for better assistance.

Yes, you may remove the items from your shopping bag if the orders have not been processed. Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel if your order has been placed. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase you make at Aldo Vietnam. We offer a 03 day return and exchange policy for our customers. Tôi có thể xuất hóa đơn không?

Quý khách có thể yêu cầu xuất hóa đơn khi mua hàng trên website tại trang thanh toán. Hóa đơn của ALDO Việt Nam là hóa đơn điện tử, quý khách đăng nhập tài khoản ALDO Việt Nam điền đầy đủ thông tin xuất hóa đơn để đảm bảo ALDO Việt Nam gửi đúng địa chỉ email của quý khách. Hóa đơn điện tử sẽ được gửi tới email đã đăng ký của quý khách trong vòng 7 ngày làm việc sau khi ALDO nhận được yêu cầu xuất hóa đơn.
